Trielle
Trielle will be the second last residential tower developed by Mirvac at Yarra’s Edge. The tower will sit on a 1,200 square metre site and is set to release approximately 184 residential apartments, and include a diverse mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, dual-level townhouses, sub penthouses and penthouses. Trielle features a 45-level tower and a 9-level podium, which includes above-ground car parking, river fronting apartments and a car park. Residents will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities, such as a day spa, relaxation spaces and a 25m swimming pool.
The Site
Located at 118-122 Lorimer Street, Trielle is bound between South Wharf Drive, Point Park Crescent, Mills Place and the Yarra’s Edge waterfront promenade. Sitting within the revitalised Docklands precinct, the development is bordered by the established suburbs of Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, South Wharf and Melbourne. This development is ideally located near public transport, parklands, thriving neighbourhood retail centres, universities, hospitals and the Yarra River promenade. Its advantageous location also offers immediate access to Point Park, approximately 7,750 sqm of green open space.
